Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of your order date.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for refund or exchange and will be denied:

  • Intimates, tights, swimwear, earrings, hair accessories, body suits and beauty products
  • Returns received after 30 days of the order date
  • All items marked “CLEARANCE or FINAL SALE”
  • Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must contact customercare@50limes.com within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.

50 Limes reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this policy at any time without notice.

Return Instructions

Please follow the instructions on your packing slip, fill out the applicable sections and include it in your return package. If returning items from separate orders, combine them into one package and include packing slips for each item.

We recommend that you obtain a tracking number and INSURE your package, as we are not responsible for packages that are lost while in transit to 50 Limes.

50 Limes is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.

International Customers

If you are an international customer, just follow the steps for returns through the 3rd party international shipper.

If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed or abandoned, no refund will be issued.

Remember to keep your tracking number and insure your package, as we are not responsible for packages that are lost while in transit to 50 Limes.
